The Gilford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 16, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A in the Gilford Town Hall, to consider the applications below.  Once an application is accepted as complete, the public hearing will follow.  Anyone interested is invited to attend.


1.    PUBLIC HEARINGS


    1.1    STONES THROW REALTY, LLC – Applicant proposes to remove the existing restaurant structure and build a new 5,200 square foot restaurant building with a porch and an open deck         for dining to be located over the porch, to repair and pave the parking lot, and to make other related site improvements on property located at 40 Weirs Road on Tax Map & Lot #223-        539.000 in the Resort Commercial (RC) Zone, Aquifer Protection District, Island and Shore Frontage District, and Airport District.  Site Plan Review.  Application #2020000552.


    1.2    JACQUELINE L. BERG – Applicant is seeking approval for a home occupation to provide remote counseling services by electronic means (via telephone and/or Internet) from an office         to be located in a proposed 12’x16’ detached accessory building at 40 Old Lakeshore Road on Tax Map & Lot #213-035.000 in the Commercial (C) Zone.  Home Occupation Site Plan         Review.  Application #2020000553.


    1.3    DAVE FARLEY D/B/A TECH20, INC. – Applicant is seeking approval to subdivide a 5.27 acre lot into two (2) lots of 2.649 acres (Lot 1) and 2.48 acres (Lot 2) at 240 Stark Street and 30         David Lewis Road on Tax Map & Lot #202-016.002 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone and Wetlands District.  Subdivision Plan Review.  Application #2020000554.


    1.4    ERIC GRENNELL – Applicant proposes a lot line adjustment transferring 2.22 acres from Tax Map & Lot #264-017.000 located at 992 Cherry Valley Road, to Tax Map & Lot #264-018.000         located at 1008 Cherry Valley Road in the Limited Residential (LR) Zone.  Lot Line Adjustment Plan Review.  Application #2020000555.
