The Gilford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 18, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A in the Gilford Town Hall, to consider the applications below.  Once an application is accepted as complete, the public hearing will follow.  Anyone interested is invited to attend.


1.    PUBLIC HEARINGS


1.1    PHYLLIS M. PRYNE – Applicant is proposing a lot line adjustment to transfer 5,841 square feet (0.13 acres) to her lot at 57 Sherwood Forest Drive from the adjoining lot owned by Daniel & Pamela Kallmerten at 292 Liberty Hill Road.  The Pryne lot is Tax Map & Lot #229-027.000 and will become 2.21 acres after the adjustment, and the Kallmerten lot is Tax Map & Lot #229-014.000 and will become 3.82 acres after the adjustment. The properties are located in the Limited Residential (LR) Zone.  Lot Line Adjustment Plan Review.  Application #2019000493.


1.2    MARCEAU REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS LLC – Applicant is proposing a lot line adjustment between Tax Map & Lot #208-033.011 at 54 Garden Hill Drive and Tax Map & Lot #208-033.012 at 42 Garden Hill Drive.  The adjustment involves an even exchange of 2,635 square feet (0.06 acres) of land between the two lots.  The properties are located in the Limited Residential (LR) Zone.  Lot Line Adjustment Plan Review.  Application #2019000494.
