The Gilford Planning Board and Gilford Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a joint Worksession on Monday, November 19, 2012 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Conference Room A to review possible 2013 Zoning Ordinance Amendments. Beginning at 7:30 p.m. the Planning Board will meet alone and hold a Public Hearing to consider the applications and other items listed below. Anyone interested is invited to attend.

1. Joint Worksession with Zoning Board of Adjustment – Discussion of Possible 2013 Zoning Ordinance Amendments.
2. Beetle Enterprises, LLC – Applicant proposes to convert 2,400 square feet of existing vacant floor space above Patrick’s Pub and Eatery restaurant to be used as a private indoor golf club (for simulated golf) located at 18 Weirs Road on Tax Map and Lot #224-003.000 in the Resort Commercial (RC) Zone and Aquifer Protection District. Amended Site Plan Review. Application #2012000375.
3. Daryl D. Thompson Revocable Trust – Applicant proposes to subdivide existing lot into two (2) lots. Lot 1 will contain 2.13 acres and Lot 2 will contain 1.81 acres. Property is located at 20 Bickford Road on Tax Map & Lot #263-089.000 in the Limited Residential (LR) Zone. Subdivision Plan Review. Application #2012000376.
