3. PRESENTATIONS – None
a. Wetlands Permit Application, Standard Review, for Elizabeth Brown at 62 Varney Point Road Left on Tax Map & Lot #223-432.000. The proposal is to rebuild the existing boathouse in kind with a 3’ roof modification for snow loading. Move a submerged boulder 3’-4’ out of boathouse navigable channel (to remain in the water), permanently remove large boulder currently resting on lake bottom within boathouse slip, repair dockage in kind, repair sea wall in kind, replace four (4) existing native rock steps to water with four (4) cut granite steps, install one (1) permanent boatlift inside boathouse, install a single seasonal boatlift in the boathouse and two seasonal PWC lifts near dockage on an average of 126’ +/- of lake front.
b. Wetlands Permit Application, Standard Review, for Tony Briney at 129 Shore Road on Tax Map & Lot #221-043.000. The proposal is to repair 264 square feet of existing retaining wall and 75 square feet of stairs during draw down which will include installation of no more than 10 cubic yards of sand.
c. PBN – No action needed – for William and Audrey Fitzgerald at 113 Dockham Shore Road on Tax Map & Lot #222-044.000, to repair existing shoreline steps (50+/- square feet) to 6’ wide steps.
d. PBN – No action needed – for Gilford Airport Plaza, LLC at 9 Old Lakeshore Road on Tax Map & Lot #213-094.001. The proposal is to construct bypass drainage across the parking lot of Airport Plaza into the NH DOT right-of-way. The bypass culvert will be 175 feet long and comprised of an 18 inch CPP culvert with a riprap apron at the outlet. The culvert will have an end section and geo-textile filter fabric overlaid with riprap at the outlet. Silt fence around the perimeter of the impact area will control any suspended sediment that may be in the surface waters in and around the construction footprint. This bypass culvert is to correct a drainage problem associated with the Gilford Cinema. At present the culvert system along Old Lakeshore Road is clogged and no longer removes water from the site.
e. PBN – No action needed – for Douglas Dade at 2864 Lake Shore Road on Tax Map & Lot #266-109.000 to replace up to six (6) ice clusters and four (4) single pilings.
f. PBN – No action needed – for Joseph Paterno at 41 Roberts Road on Tax Map & Lot #242-158.000, to jack up existing boathouse and repair support structure in kind.
