The Gilford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 27, 2012 at 7 p. m. in Conference Room A to consider the applications below. Once an application is accepted as complete, the public hearing will follow.  Anyone interested is invited to attend.

1.      Steven Buzzotta – Applicant proposes to expand the existing restaurant (Ellacoya Barn and Grille) to accommodate an additional eighty-five (85) patrons, add 859 square feet to the building, and reconfigure the parking area to accommodate a total of seventy-seven (77) parking spaces on Tax Map and Lot #267-210.000 located at 2667 Lake Shore Road in the Resort Commercial (RC) Zone.  Site Plan Review.  Application #2011004609.  Tabled from the July 30, 2012 meeting.

2.      Hillside-Lakeside Resort Association – Applicant is seeking to amend “the condition imposing a one (1) month period of non-residency” upon six (6) of the seven (7) units within the Resort, to allow year-round occupancy of all units (the proposal would continue to restrict the six (6) recreational units from being primary residences) located at 39 and 52 Terrace Hill Road on Tax Map and Lot #267-153.000 and #267-182.000 in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone.  Amended Site Plan Review.  Application #2012000048.  Tabled from the June 18, 2012 meeting.

3.      Deep Water Realty, LLC/Edward and Louise Bastille – Applicant proposes to transfer 1.25 acres from Tax Map & Lot #253-015.000 (Bastille lot) to Tax Map and Lot #253-014.000 (Deep Water Realty lot) located at 580 A&B Cherry Valley Road and 532 Cherry Valley Road in the Limited Residential (LR) Zone.  Boundary Line Adjustment Plan review.  Application #2012000237

4.      Sealite USA, LLC – Applicant proposes to expand facility for manufacturing, light assembly, and warehouse; construct an eighty foot by eighty foot (80’ x 80’) manufacturing/assembly facility; and expand the existing office/warehouse with a second story at 172 Lily Pond Road on Tax Map & Lot #215-002.000 in the Industrial (I) Zone.  Amended Site Plan review.  Application #2012000238
