Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission will
meet for an on-site review Monday, November 19, 2012. The Site walk will begin
at 3:00 p.m. at 21 Dockham Shore Road for the following
Wetlands Permit Application, Standard Review for Mark
Palanchian at 21 Dockham Shore Road. Tax, Map & Lot # 223-026.001. The
project includes 729 sq. ft. of permanent impact for the construction of a
perched beach, to be constructed above the top of bank and 43 sq. ft. if
jurisdictional bank impact for the construction of an associated stairwell to
provide access to and from the beach and lake. The project also includes 25 sq.
ft. of permanent impact with the construction of the Allan Block (or equivalent)
retaining wall that will support the perched beach. The project includes an
estimated 460 sq. ft. of temporary impacts. The project shall not use more than
10 cubic yards of sand.
